1. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)

We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered. For a return due to a change of mind or personal preference, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The product box and factory packaging must be completely unopened and intact.
  • The item must be entirely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
  • Return Shipping Fees: If returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying all return courier charges.

2. Product-Specific Return Conditions

As our product catalog grows, the following conditions apply to specific product categories to protect operational and quality standards:

  • Gadgets & Mini Devices (e.g., HeatSeal™ Bag Sealers): Must not show signs of physical damage, battery leakage, or burnt components due to voltage fluctuations or incorrect usage.
  • Electronics & Home Appliances: Must be returned with all original manufacturer seals, warranty cards, and protective films completely intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been opened, disassembled, or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
  • Accessories & Cables: Must be returned in their original, sealed packaging. Items with torn boxes or missing secondary parts are not eligible for a return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Malfunctioning Items

We take quality control seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or experiences a sudden malfunction:

  1. You must notify our customer support team immediately upon receiving the product.
  2. You must provide valid proof of the issue. In the case of a physically damaged delivery, a clear unboxing video is strictly required.
  3. Once our team reviews and successfully verifies the proof/video, you will be authorized to proceed with a return. You can choose to receive a full refund or a product exchange. Grabbtech will cover the shipping costs for verified defective items.

4. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. Do not mail items back automatically. Customers must contact us first to receive specific courier details and instructions for the return address.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you regarding the final approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method or chosen local channel (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as "Clearance," "Final Sale," or purchases made during specific promotional flash sales are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective and are reported immediately with an unboxing video.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships out from our facility. Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partner or courier service, it can no longer be canceled, and standard return policies will apply.
