1. Delivery Charges

Our shipping fees are straightforward and calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 Taka
  • Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka
  • Free Shipping Campaigns: We occasionally offer free shipping on specific product campaigns or promotional offers. If an item qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or applied automatically at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

We process orders quickly to ensure you get your products as soon as possible:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka (All other districts): 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or political disruptions. We appreciate your patience during such events.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Rules

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across our entire delivery network, allowing you to pay only when you hold the package. However, please note our regional rules:

  • Inside Dhaka: 100% Cash on Delivery is always available.
  • Outside Dhaka: While we offer COD nationwide, partial advance delivery fees may be required for certain orders or high-value items before we dispatch the parcel. Our customer support team will contact you directly via phone or WhatsApp if your order requires a small booking advance via bKash or Nagad.

5. Package Inspection & Unboxing Rule

Upon receiving your parcel from the courier delivery agent, please verify the exterior condition of the package. We highly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video. If the product inside appears physically broken, crushed, or incorrect, this video serves as your valid proof to claim an immediate free replacement or exchange as outlined in our Return Policy.

6. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If the courier agent cannot reach you after multiple phone calls and delivery attempts, the parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse. If you wish for us to reship the item, an additional delivery charge will apply.
