If your sealer has a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp (+8801621457474) with your order number and a short video showing the issue. Once verified, we’ll process your replacement.

Changed your mind? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging for a full refund. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.
